The 2026 FIFA World Cup is just days away! Have you made your private aviation reservation with KCAC Aviation for the Kansas City Matches?

The FAA and Kansas City Center, (ARTCC) are requiring a prior permission required, (PPR) on the following dates:

• Tuesday, June 16

From 1400 pm to 2000 PM CST

(1900Z on 6/16 to 0100Z on 6/17)

• Friday, July 3

From 1430 pm to 2030 PM CST

(1930Z on 7/3 to 0130Z on 7/4)

• Saturday, July 11

From 1400 pm to 2000 PM CST

(1900Z on 7/11 to 0100Z on 7/12)

*PPR may be expanded based on traffic demand for June 19th, June 20th, June 25th, and June 27th

Due to the high volume of arrivals and departures anticipated during the Kansas City matches, guests arriving at OJC Airport may encounter the following:

• Slot Controls – The Johnson County Executive Airport, KOJC gets 8 arrival and 6 departure slots per hour

• We expect limited ramp and overnight parking during peak times

• Congested arrival / departure waves surrounding matches

• Possible NOTAM will be issued once ramp capacity is reached and airport will be closed to additional arrivals
